Installing CrossWorks
Follow these steps in order to install your copy of CrossWorks:
- Ensure that you have the appropriate administration priviledges to enable you to install application software and device drivers on your computer.
- If you have downloaded an self extracting Windows .exe file containing CrossWorks then just run the executable and click Setup to start the installer.
- If you have downloaded a .zip or .gz archive containing CrossWorks then decompress the downloaded file into a temporary directory and then start the installation by running the Setup program which can be found in the root installation directory.
- If you have received your copy of CrossWorks on CD/DVD-ROM, put the installation disk into your machine and then start the installation by running the Setup program which can be found in the root installation directory.
- Follow the installer's instructions until the installation is complete.
Uninstalling CrossWorks
Follow these steps in order to uninstall your copy of CrossWorks:
- Start the uninstaller application by running the Uninstall program which can be found in the installed version of CrossWork's bin directory.
- Select the Remove option.
- Click Next to uninstall CrossWorks.
