CrossWorks for ARM 1.7 Released
CrossWorks for ARM version 1.7 has now been released, new features include:
- Support for FTDI Chip FT2232 based JTAG devices.
- New highly-optimised GPL-free floating point math library.
- Support for using CrossWorks for ARM 1.5 tools, libraries and source files.

CrossWorks for MSP430 1.4 Released
CrossWorks for MSP430 1.4 has now been released, new features include:
- Support for F2xx devices from Texas Instruments.
- Support for MSP430X devices (such as the FG461x) in 16-bit compatibility mode using the TI FET430UIF.
- Many improvements in the CrossStudio IDE.
IMPORTANT! This will be the last release in the v1.x series of CrossWorks for MSP430. We intend to introduce CrossWorks for MSP430 v2, to support the enhanced 20-bit MSP430X series, when the architecture is made public and not covered by an NDA. If you are currently under NDA with Texas Instruments and would like to evaluate CrossWorks for MSP430 on MSP430X devices, please contact us.

CrossWorks for MAXQ 1.1 has now been released, new features include:
- Support for MAXQ3100, MAXQ3120, and MAX765x devices from Dallas Semiconductor.

CrossWorks for ARM 1.6 Released
CrossWorks for ARM 1.6 has now been released, new features include:
- Support for Cortex-M3.
- Support for Stellaris devices from Luminary Micro.
- New dynamically installable CPU and board support package system that allows us to easily add and update support packages between CrossWorks releases and to enable the creation of support packages by third parties.
